Indians' Stephen Fife: Returns to action

Fife was activated from the temporarily inactive list Monday.

Fife missed five days while on bereavement leave. The 31-year-old has a 6.81 ERA in 71.1 innings for Triple-A Columbus this season and hasn't appeared in the majors since 2014.
