Mariners' Steve Clevenger: Outrighted to Triple-A

Clevenger (hand) was outrighted to Triple-A Tacoma on Wednesday.

He was removed from the suspended list on Oct. 31 and has now been removed from the 40-man roster. Clevenger posted a series of offensive tweets in September and the general consensus is that his days of playing major league baseball are over. He is a strong candidate to be non-tendered this offseason.
