Marlins' Kyle Tyler: DFA'd by Miami

The Marlins designated Tyler for assignment Friday.

The right-hander made his eighth outing of the season Thursday versus the Reds and gave up three runs over 4.1 innings, and it will end up being his last turn through the Marlins' rotation. Tyler posted a 5.40 ERA, 1.74 WHIP and 25:18 K:BB across 31.2 innings.
