Marlins' Luis Madero: DFA'd by Miami

Madero was designated for assignment by the Marlins on Friday.

Madero had his contract selected by the Marlins last week, but it was a brief stay on the 40-man roster. The right-hander has spent most of the campaign at Triple-A Jacksonville, where he has a 3.32 ERA, 1.23 WHIP and 58:24 K:BB in 57 innings.
