Mets' Yoan Lopez: Back up as extra man

Lopez was recalled by the Mets to serve as the 27th man for Saturday's doubleheader against Atlanta, Tim Healey of Newsday reports.

Lopez was optioned Wednesday but returns to the team just three days later. In 10.2 innings of relief work at the big-league level this season, the 29-year-old owns a 3.38 ERA.
