Orioles' Andrew Faulkner: Headed west for Fall League

Faulkner was assigned to play in this year's Arizona Fall League, Brittany Ghiroli of MLB.com reports.

Faulkner, who joined the organization earlier this year in a deal with the Rangers, has thrown well for Triple-A Norfolk. The 24-year-old lefty has a 2.50 ERA in 36 innings with 32 strikeouts this year. Faulkner will use the fall to hone his mechanics in hopes of earning a bullpen job when spring rolls around.
