Phillies' Damon Jones: Moves back to minors

The Phillies optioned Jones to Triple-A Lehigh Valley on Wednesday.

Jones was sent to the farm to make room on the 28-man active roster for outfielder Travis Jankowski (foot), who was reinstated from the injured list. During his week-long stay with the big club, Jones went unused out of the bullpen.
