Phillies' Roman Quinn: Activated from injured list

The Phillies reinstated Quinn (finger) from the 10-day injured list Tuesday.

Quinn returns after being sidelined for three weeks with a lacerated right index finger. He figures to receive plenty of playing time in the outfield, as Bryce Harper (forearm) was put on the IL on Tuesday.
