Rays' Ralph Garza: Back with Rays

The Rays recalled Garza from Triple-A Durham on Tuesday, Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times reports.

Garza has been in the minors since throwing two shutout innings July 2 in Toronto. The reliever has a 3.48 ERA and two blown saves in 16 appearances this season, numbers suggesting he'll see mostly low-leverage work going forward.
