Tigers' Carlos Sanabria: Lands on inactive list

Sanabria (undisclosed) was placed on the temporary inactive list at Double-A Erie on Friday, Emily Waldon of The Athletic reports.

Sanabria will be unavailable to begin the Double-A campaign for unspecified reasons. It's unclear when the 25-year-old is expected to take the field for Erie.
