Tigers' Carlos Sanabria: Signs with Tigers

Sanabria signed a minor-league contract with the Tigers on Saturday, Evan Petzold of the Detroit Free Press reports.

Sanabria has thrown two innings at the major-league level, both with the Astros in 2020. He spent last season in the Royals' system, posting a 3.86 ERA in 58.1 innings split across the two highest levels of the minors.
