Travis Snider: Time in Miami over

The Marlins released Snider on Aug. 27.

Snider inked a minor-league deal with Miami in late July and was added to the organization's 60-man roster pool, but he never made a serious run at a promotion to the 28-man active roster. The 32-year-old, a former top prospect while coming up through Toronto's system, hasn't appeared in the majors since the 2015 season.
