Wilk will be recalled in order to start one of the games in Saturday's doubleheader with the Indians, Mike Berardino of the St. Paul Pioneer Press reports.
The original hope was that Hector Santiago (shoulder) would be available to pitch one of Saturday's contest, but it appears that the Twins will let him rest a bit more and instead rely on Wilk to make a return trip to the bigs. Wilk has been serviceable in his past two starts with Triple-A Rochester and holds a 3.86 ERA in two relief appearance for Minnesota earlier in the season. Depending on which game he pitches in, the 29-year-old southpaw will either face Mike Clevinger or Ryan Merritt.
