Twins' Miguel Sano: Reveals positive COVID-19 test

Sano has tested positive for coronavirus, Aaron Gleeman of The Athletic reports.

Sano has been quarantined away from the rest of the team. MLB protocols dictate that he'll have to test negative twice before being allowed to rejoin his teammates. Whether that leaves him enough time to be prepared for the start of the regular season remains to be seen.
