Nuggets' Spencer Jones: Downgraded to doubtful

Jones (ankle, illness) is doubtful for Friday's game against the Hawks.

The Nuggets previously considered Jones questionable, but now it sounds like the forward isn't going to be able to play Friday. Jones has been a full-time starter since Nov. 22, so it's likely that either Tim Hardaway or Bruce Brown (knee) will jump into the first unit against Atlanta.
