Thunder's Aaron Wiggins: Goes to OKC at No. 55

Wiggins was selected by the Thunder with the 55th overall pick in the 2021 NBA Draft.

The Thunder elected to add some depth at the guard position by choosing a great 3-and-D player in Wiggins. The 22-year-old averaged 14.5 points, 5.8 rebounds, 2.5 assists and 1.1 steals in his final collegiate season at Maryland. The 6-foot-6 guard will likely compete for minutes with Ty Jerome and Svi Mykhailiuk as the Thunder continue to rebuild around their young core.
