Zavier Simpson: Inefficient game in defeat

Simpson managed eight points (4-14 FG, 0-5 3Pt), eight assists, one rebound and three steals across 33 minutes in Thursday's 116-106 loss to the Santa Cruz Warriors.

Simpson had just as many turnovers as assists against the Warriors on Thursday, and he also shot 28.6 percent from the field and missed all five of his three-point attempts. A little rust is expected after more than two weeks since his last G League game, but he'll need to return to form quickly.
