  • Bazley contributed nine points (3-5 FG, 3-4 3Pt), nine rebounds and one assist in 17 minutes during Tuesday's 123-108 Game 1 loss to the Rockets. Bazley finished one point and one board shy of a double-double in this his first career playoff game. The rookie put together an impressive stat line even in limited minutes, and Bazley continues to showcase an improved outside shot after frequently passing up those same shots earlier in the campaign. If Bazley continues to play well going forward he may play a decent role given the team's relative lack of depth at the forward positions.

  • Bazley produced 21 points (8-14 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 0-1 FT), nine rebounds, four assists, one steal and one block across 27 minutes Wednesday in the Thunder's 116-115 win over the Heat. Though he retreated to the bench with Danilo Gallinari (ankle) back in action following a one-game absence, Bazley turned in another hot shooting day to finish as the Thunder's leading scorer for the third straight contest. The rookie will likely see his playing time tail off to around the 20-minute mark once the playoffs begin, but it seems he's cemented himself as a key member of coach Billy Donovan's second unit.

  • Bazley is not in the starting lineup Wednesday against Miami, Heat announcer Mike Inglis reports. The 20-year-old had 22 points (8-16 FG, 2-4 3PT, 4-5 FT) and 10 rebounds in a spot start Monday, but he'll return to the bench with Danilo Gallinari back in action Wednesday.

  • Bazley exploded for 23 points (8-13 FG, 5-8 3Pt, 2-2 FT) while adding seven rebounds, one assist and one steal in 26 minutes off the bench during Sunday's win over the Wizards. Bazley has routinely logged 20-plus minutes off the bench since the league resumed July 30, and he has scored in double digits in three of his five Orlando appearances. That said, this 23-point performance was his highest scoring output of the season by a considerable margin, as his previous best was a 17-point effort against the Pelicans on Nov. 2.

  • Bazley supplied 13 points (4-8 FG, 2-6 3Pt, 3-6 FT), seven rebounds, one steal and one block in 26 minutes during Sunday's 102-97 scrimmage win over the 76ers. Bazley paced the team in minutes and provided a superb two-way showing. He hadn't been so willing to let it fly from beyond the arc prior to the league being suspended back in mid-March, and the fact that Bazley is shooting it with confidence bodes well for future development. It's unclear how involved Bazley will be come playoff time, but the Thunder don't have a ton of depth at the power forward position and a stretch of solid play during the seeding games could solidify his spot in the regular rotation.
