Dax Milne: Re-signs to practice squad

The Panthers signed Milne to the practice squad Wednesday.

Milne was cut from Carolina's practice squad Dec. 10, and he now gets a chance to continue his development with the team. The depth wide receiver has yet to be elevated for a regular-season contest this year.
