Don Gardner: Waived/injured by Tampa Bay

Gardner (hamstring) was waived/injured by the Buccaneers on Tuesday, Scott Smith of the team's official site reports.

Assuming the cornerback clears waivers, he will revert to injured reserve Wednesday. At that point, he can reach an injury settlement with the team. Gardner spent 2022 on Tampa Bay's practice squad.
