Cooper didn't see a target in Saturday's 38-24 loss to Washington.
Cooper is decidedly an afterthought in the Eagles' offense. With plenty of money invested in the wide receiver, it will be interesting to see if Chip Kelly finds a creative way to unload Cooper's contract, bites the bullet and releases the wideout, or decides to keep paying his No. 4 wide receiver like a No. 1 wideout. For the time being, Cooper is nothing more than a blocker in Kelly's offense.
