Joshua Kelley: Reverts to practice squad

Kelley reverted to the Titans' practice squad Monday.

Kelley was active for Sunday's loss to the Lions with Tyjae Spears (hamstring) out but didn't see any playing time. Kelley could be elevated again Week 9 versus the Patriots if Spears remains sidelined.
