Raiders' Henry Ruggs: Gets charged following car accident

Ruggs was involved in a car accident in Las Vegas early Tuesday and will face felony charges of DUI resulting in death and reckless driving, Paul Gutierrez of ESPN.com reports.

According to a statement from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department, officers responded to a collision at 3:39 a.m. PT and found a deceased person in one of the vehicles. Ruggs, who apparently was the driver of the offending vehicle, stayed on the scene and displayed signs of being impaired before he was taken to the hospital to get treatment for non-life-threatening injuries.
