Rod Smith: Latches on with Giants

Smith signed on with the Giants' practice squad Wednesday, Art Stapleton of NorthJersey.com reports.

Smith was cut by the Raiders on Sept. 1 after failing to make the roster, but he was able to find a new gig elsewhere. The 28-year-old saw action in six games between Tennessee and the Raiders in 2019, but failed to record a fantasy relevant stat.
