Rosen signed a one-year contract with the Avalanche on Monday, per Lou Korac of NHL.com.
Rosen had two goals and 33 points in 68 regular-season appearances with AHL Springfield in 2023-24. He also had an assist in six outings with St. Louis. Rosen is likely to start the 2024-25 campaign in the minors.
