Avalanche's Danil Gushchin: Reassigned to AHL

Gushchin has been re-assigned to AHL Colorado by the Avalanche, the team announced Sunday.

Gushchin was just up as depth in his brief NHL stay this time around, and he is still seeking his first NHL game since coming over via trade from the Sharks. He will head back to the AHL, where he's off to a blazing goal-scoring start; the 23-year-old has six goals in five appearances.
