Blue Jackets' Matt Calvert: Activated from injured reserve

Calvert (knee) was activated from injured reserve Friday.

Calvert has missed the Jackets' last nine games with a knee injury, but resumed skating Wednesday, which was the first indication that the former fifth-round pick was likely nearing a return to Columbus' lineup. The 26-year-old winger will likely slot back into the Jackets' lineup as a bottom-six forward Saturday against Boston.
