Bruins' Vinni Lettieri: Promoted, suffers injury

Lettieri was promoted from AHL Providence on Tuesday but subsequently suffered a lower-body injury and won't make the trip for Wednesday's game in Toronto, Joe Haggerty of Boston Hockey Now reports.

Depending on Jake DeBrusk's (lower body) availability, it wouldn't be surpsing to see Lettieri head back to the minors following the All-Star break. Lettieri has yet to appear in an NHL contest this season.
