Capitals' Jay Beagle: Out an extended period

Beagle (upper body) will be out "an extended period of time," CSN Mid-Atlantic reports.

Beagle does not do much in the goal or assist departments, but the Capitals will be without their dependable third-line center for at least a few weeks due to the upper body injury he suffered in Wednesday's game.
