Golden Knights' Alex Gallant: Designated for waivers

Gallant was waived by the Golden Knights on Friday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.

Gallant is an enforcer type, but Vegas already has one of those in Ryan Reaves. Perhaps the former will clear waivers and play for AHL Chicago.
