Kelemen was loaned to HC Dynamo Pardubice of the Czech Extraliga on Tuesday.
Kelemen has recorded a goal and an assist over 24 career NHL appearances. The 25-year-old will have his rights retained by Utah. The left-shot forward has collected one goal and five assists across 11 games with AHL Tucson this season.
