Islanders' Robin Salo: Sitting Friday

Salo will be a healthy scratch Friday against Florida, Andrew Gross of Newsday reports.

Salo has two assists in seven games since rejoining the Islanders' lineup on a regular basis. He was benched in Thursday's 5-3 loss to the Rangers. Parker Wotherspoon is in line to make his NHL debut as Salo's replacement.
