Kings' Mikhail Maltsev: Lands on waivers

Maltsev was placed on waivers Sunday, per Chris Johnston of TSN.

Maltsev signed a two-way deal with the Kings in the offseason after he was held scoreless in five games with Colorado last year. The 25-year-old winger will report to AHL Ontario, if he clears waivers, where he'll serve as organizational depth.
