Penguins' Jeff Carter: Game-time call

Carter (upper body) will be a game-time decision for Tuesday's game versus Carolina, Wes Crosby of NHL.com reports.

If Carter's able to go, he'll likely slot into a fourth-line role against the Hurricanes. He's notched nine goals and 12 points through 61 contests this season.
