Penguins' Jimmy Huntington: Hits waiver wire

Huntington landed on waivers Wednesday, Renaud Lavoie of TVA Sports reports.

Huntington has never made an NHL appearance, having spent his entire professional career in the minors since turning pro back in 2019-20. At this point, the Penguins have multiple forward options that are probably ahead of the 25-year-old undrafted center, so fantasy managers shouldn't be expecting to see him play for Pittsburgh any time soon.
