Red Wings' Brogan Rafferty: Hits waiver wire

Rafferty was placed on waivers by Detroit on Sunday, Elliotte Friedman of Sportsnet reports.

Rafferty hasn't made a regular-season appearance in the NHL since the 2020-21 campaign, and he was unable to land a spot on the Red Wings' Opening Night roster this year. If the 29-year-old clears waivers, he'll likely head to the AHL.
