Sabres' Carson Meyer: Secures deal with Buffalo

Meyer (knee) signed a one-year, two-way contract with the Sabres on Tuesday, per PuckPedia.

Meyer sustained an ACL injury that required surgery in March. The 27-year-old winger's status for training camp has not been determined, and it's possible he'll miss the opening part of the campaign on season-opening injured reserve while he finishes his recovery.
