Senators' Maxence Guenette: Assigned to AHL

Guenette was loaned to AHL Belleville on Sunday.

Guenette has been credited with six shots on goal, six blocked shots and six hits in seven appearances with Ottawa this season, though he is still looking for his first career NHL point. His return to the minors could bode well for the availability of Thomas Chabot (lower body) or Travis Hamonic (lower body) ahead of Sunday's contest versus Carolina.
