Sharks' Marc-Edouard Vlasic: Won't play Tuesday

Vlasic (lower body) won't play Tuesday versus Carolina, per Curtis Pashelka of The San Jose Mercury News.

Vlasic, who left Saturday's 2-1 shootout loss to Colorado after the first period, did not practice Monday. He has been credited with one shot on goal and two blocked shots in two appearances this season. Henry Thrun will replace Vlasic in the lineup.
