Bruce Jenner involved in fatal car crash, unhurt
Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner was unhurt in a fatal car crash that occurred on the Pacific Coast Highway shortly after noon Saturday.
Olympic gold medalist Bruce Jenner was involved in a four-car crash in Malibu that killed a woman, Los Angeles County authorities said Saturday, per the Associated Press.
Jenner was unhurt, but seven other people suffered minor to moderate injuries in the crash, which occurred shortly after noon on the Pacific Coast Highway. Jenner cooperated with field investigators, passed a field sobriety test and voluntarily submitted a blood sample
"He did not appear intoxicated or under the influence of anything at the time," Sherriff's Sgt. Philip Brooks said.
Jenner, 65, has been reported to be making the transition to a woman, though the Kardashian family patriarch has declined public comment on the situation. He and Kris Jenner finalized their divorce late last year after 23 years of marriage. He has frequently appeared on the reality series "Keeping Up with the Kardashians," along with members of his family.
Jenner won the gold medal in the decathalon at the 1976 Summer Olympics, held in Montreal.
