Barcelona striker Luis Suarez is known as one of the best players in the world, but he is also known as one who isn't afraid to sink his teeth into an opponent.

The former Liverpool star seems to just bite players whenever he wants to, freaking out the soccer world and earning himself hefty fines and suspensions. But now, it has gone a step further. Suarez has inspired a vampire called Luis in a new children's book by author Peter Barron, according to the Daily Mail.

The Daily Mail quotes Barron as saying the Uruguayan striker "seemed to fit the bill" for his story, "Daydreaming Daisy McCloud."

Suarez has been found guilty of biting an opponent three times. It first occurred when he was playing in Holland with club Ajax in 2010, then in England with Liverpool in 2013 and lastly in the 2014 FIFA World Cup, when he bit Italian defender Giorgio Chiellini. He was suspended a combined 26 matches as a result of the three incidents, while also being banned from all soccer activities for four months for the 2014 incident.

Below you can view Suarez at his hungriest.

"I just hope he sees the funny side of it and the idea doesn't come back to bite me," Barron said, according to the Daily Mail.

In his first year with Barcelona he has behaved, so credit is due for appearing to shape up. But that doesn't mean he hasn't been tempted. Here it looks like he thought about giving Neymar a try.
