Freddie Roach isn't buying into Floyd Mayweather's new training method. Instead, Roach finds it amusing.
On Sunday, Mayweather posted a video on Instagram that showed him working out in a swimming pool. In the video, the fighter threw a few punches in the water before swimming freestyle down the length of the pool.

When asked about the video, Roach couldn't resist a slight smile, saying he saw pictures of Mayweather swimming.
"I love it," Roach said in a Top Rank video. "First time in his life he's going to try something new, in the biggest fight of your life? Come on, give me a break."
Of course, Roach has a theory to explain Mayweather's new fondness for the swimming pool. According to Roach, Mayweather never wanted to fight Manny Pacquiao, but was forced into agreeing to a deal in order to appease the public.
And now, Roach believes Mayweather is trying anything and everything to get himself ready for the Fight of the Century -- including swimming.
"I think the public forced him into this fight," Roach said. "He doesn't want to fight us. He's trying everything he can to get ready for the fight, but he's going up the wrong tree."
