After watching Luis Badillo Jr.'s videos, most people will probably come to the same conclusion: he's speeding up the footage -- there is no way that a human's feet can move that quickly.
But if you examine carefully you can see that there are certain things in the videos (other people, cars) that are moving at regular speed while his feet are in hyperdrive.
Conclusion: This guy is either an editing genius or he has the fastest feet in the world.
Badillo calls himself "King Feet of Miami" and claims to have the "best footwork in the world." It's hard to argue with him after seeing his videos.
