2015 British Open: John Daly in one of six best groups at St. Andrews
Jason Dufner, Miguel Angel Jimenez and John Daly make up the greatest group of them all, however.
More British Open: Complete groupings and tee times for Thursday
The 2015 British Open pairings and tee times have been released. Bless you, R&A, you are truly the greatest organization on earth. Why? Well, because you've given us two straight days of Miguel Angel Jimenez, John Daly and Jason Dufner in a threesome at St. Andrews.
What a work of art.
There are other great groups, too. Like that 21-year-old going for the Slam. And Tiger Woods, who is paired with a guy who just finished T2 at Chambers Bay. Here's a look at the six best pairings for the first two rounds of the tournament (all times Eastern).

1. John Daly, Miguel Angel Jimenez and Jason Dufner (7:50 a.m. Thursday): I am without words. All the cigars. All the cigarettes.
2. Jordan Spieth, Dustin Johnson and Hideki Matsuyama (4:33 a.m. Thursday): Just in case DJ forgot who he was supposed to play against in that Monday playoff.
3. Tiger Woods, Louis Oosthuizen and Jason Day (4:55 a.m. Thursday): Oosthuizen is going to have to shake that first-round disaster at Chambers Bay with Woods and Rickie Fowler. If not for a 77 in Round 1, King Louis could have won the thing.
4. Bubba Watson, Ian Poulter and Charl Schwartzel (4 a.m. Thursday): I'm sure this group will be completely satisfied with the setup of the course and not annoyed by anything whatsoever.
5. Phil Mickelson, Henrik Stenson and Matt Kuchar (9:34 a.m. Thursday): Kuchar is coming off a T2 at the Scottish Open, Mickelson won both the Scottish and the British Opens two years ago and Stenson is good for a broken club or three this week. Should be a joy.
6. Rickie Fowler, Justin Rose and Nick Faldo (9:45 a.m. Thursday): Oh sure, put the smoking hot Fowler with two of the biggest fan favorites in the field. Might as well tell him he can't wear orange this week while you're at it!
