2022 Players Championship tee times, pairings: Complete field, schedule for Round 3 at TPC Sawgrass
The PGA Tour's best event will continue through some interesting weather conditions on Sunday

After three and a half days, the first two rounds of the 2022 Players Championship have finally come to a conclusion. The top of the leaderboard is not littered with stars and superstars, but they're certainly lurking a bit further back and poised to make a move as the event transitions into the final 36 holes.
The third round will begin in the middle of Sunday afternoon and conclude on Monday morning before the final rounds is squeezed into the rest of Monday afternoon and we try to get a winner out of this thing before Tuesday.
Tom Hoge and Sam Burns lead at 7 under, and they were both on the good side of the draw, which played about three strokes easier than the harder side.

Overall, the 36-hole average difference was almost right at 3 strokes - 144.86 vs 147.79.
Conditions at TPC Sawgrass are certainly much easier right now than they were this time yesterday, and as a result, golfer will not play lift, clean and place over the final 36.
