The US Open is 50 days away and Ian Poulter is already losing it
Ian Poulter got a little crazy on Twitter this week about a tournament that's still a long way away.
You're not going to believe this, but Ian Poulter is mad about something.
Poulter went on a Twitter tirade on Tuesday night about the setup of the US Open course at Chambers Bay (which is still seven weeks away).
Well several players have played Chambers Bay in prep for US Open. The reports back are its a complete farce. I guess someone has to win.

I'm not sure people understand @twitter. If you don't like what people say, Press unfollow & you don't have to read their shit again #simple

To be fair, the tournament does sound like it's going to be nuts. Also, Poulter isn't the only golfer already whining about it. In fact, he claims he's not complaining at all.
One pro who just played Chambers Bay last weekend started singing, “M-I-C-K-E-Y-M-O-U-S-E” when I asked him what he thought of it. #usopen

The best response to the whole thing was from Peter Uihlein who won the 2010 US Amateur at Chambers Bay.
@IanJamesPoulter I didn't mind it during the U.S. AM

The whole thing is hilarious to me. The US Open is going to be nutty whether it's at my local muni or Pine Valley. Folks should understand that by now.

Do I think the USGA should build tee boxes on the sides of hills? No. But I also think Ian Poulter has better things to do with his time than whine about it on Twitter.
Of course, we are talking about the person who once complained to his millions of followers that his nanny got downgraded from business class and his wife didn't have any help.
So...yeah.
