Yes, that above picture is a Vokey wedge with the inscription "Call me … Maybe" on it, and yes, that unfortunate situation belongs to a one Rickie Y. Fowler. 

Why? Ummm, who knows. Fowler tweeted a picture of the wedge to the famous Carly Rae Jepsen jam that took the country by storm months ago, and yeah, that is something that you can't un-see.
