CINCINNATI -- Forget the new format for the home run derby, the age-old debate over whether homefield advantage in the World Series should be determined by the All-Star game winner or who got snubbed from the game, the real intrigue at Great American Ballpark might just be about the new food that will be served up for the fans throughout the All-Star festivities.

Chef James Major of Delaware North Sports Services, the food vendor at Great American Ballpark, gave CBS Sports an inside look at what fans can expect to enjoy at the 2015 midsummer classic.

Typically Delaware North and Great American Ballpark reserves these food options for their luxury suites, but for the 2015 All-Star Game, they wanted all fans to be able to take in and enjoy all that the park has to offer including:

Banh Mi Sandwiches served with five-spiced fried rice noodles (Tapanaki Grill)

Black Curry Chicken: Spiced chicken with cilantro mayo, carrots, daikon and cucumber.

Shrimp in Spicy Caramel: Sweet and spicy shrimp with sriracha aioli, snow peas, chilis and cucumber.

Grilled Lemongrass Beef: Garlic yogurt sauce, pickeled shallot, cucumber and cilantro.
