Giants OF Gregor Blanco scratched with hip injury

Giants outfielder Gregor Blanco was a late scratch for Wednesday's game against the Cubs, as he is dealing with a left hip strain, per CSNBayArea. 

Blanco was replaced in center field by Juan Perez, who will hit seventh. Blanco is hitting .291 in 103 games this season.
