Calling all Houston-area furries -- the Astros want you!

The Astros have posted this job ad online:

Junction Jack (a jackrabbit) has served as the team's mascot since Houston moved to Minute Maid Park (then Enron Field) in 2000 from the Astrodome. He replaced the alien Orbit, who was the team's mascot from 1990-99. Before Orbit, the team used Chester Charge, a cartoon Texas cavalry soldier on a horse (anyone who went to a game at the Astrodome remembers the scoreboard graphics featuring Chester).

The Astros, under new owner Jim Crane and headed to the American League in 2013, have already announced they will have new uniforms next season, with a new mascot to match.
